Psychosocial
counselling

For more insight or direction in your life.

Psychosocial counseling offers support for stress, personal struggles, relationship issues, or work-related concerns. You’re at the center of it all—you set the pace and the direction.

During our sessions, you’ll have the space to explore how you experience your situation and what you need. Together, we’ll look at what can bring clarity, insight, and change. You’ll develop greater resilience, self-awareness, and practical skills to handle challenges and give direction to your life in a way that suits you.

  • To gain insight into what concerns you and how you can live from your autonomy.
  • Depending on your needs, a counseling program consists of 5 to 10 sessions.

Optional (supplemental/supporting):

  • Nutrition and lifestyle guidance
  • Bodywork: yoga and mindfulness practices
  • Artistic forms of work: Using visual aids, writing practice or sound

Ayurveda
therapy

There can be several reasons for an Ayurvedic consultation. Perhaps you are looking for more balance, need support for physical or mental complaints, or are interested in Ayurveda.

Part of Ayurvedic medicine focuses on disease prevention and finding an optimal balance in life, both physically and mentally. At the same time, Ayurveda offers relief when additional support is needed in cases of illness, for example.

Specific complaints may include stress-related complaints, fatigue, hormonal imbalance, digestive complaints, sleep problems, a weakened immune system, inflammation or allergies.

Yoga
therapy

Yoga therapy integrates yoga principles, mindfulness and Ayurvedic medicine with modern science and
psychology.

This therapy helps you achieve optimal physical, mental, and emotional balance and reduce any symptoms you may have, or learn how to manage them.
